PRONUNCIATION OR ACCENT ?

Pronunciation and accent are the two different words which are implicated in speaking or in our speech. Pronunciation is the act, or a way, of saying a word under the impact of a regional language. Accent is a mark used to show the stress on a syllable or to pronounce with emphasis. In linguistics, accent is  a higher-pitched or stronger articulation of a particular syllable of a word or phrase in order to distinguish it from the others or to emphasize it.
