IELTS Expertise: Starts at 7,   Targets 9

When you join us, you are a Very Good User, having fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. While misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations, you handle complex detailed argumentation well. By the end of the course, you would find yourself an Expert User  of English with  fully operational command of the language; which means you would communicate appropriately, accurately and fluently with complete understanding.

 

IELTS Excellence: Starts at 6.5, Targets 8

When you start the course, you are a Good User with operational command of the language, though with occasional inaccuracies, inappropriacies and misunderstandings in some situations though you may handle complex language well and understand detailed reasoning. By the end of the programme, you become a Very Good User, having fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. While misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations, you can complex detailed argumentation well.

 

IELTS Eloquence: Starts at 5, Targets 7

When you join us, you are a Competent User showing effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies, inappropriacies and misunderstandings. You use and understand fairly complex language, particularly in familiar situations. By the end of the course, you become a Good User with operational command of the language, though with occasional inaccuracies, inappropriacies and misunderstandings in some situations. Generally, you would be able to handle complex language well and understand detailed reasoning.

 

IELTS Competence: Starts at 4, Targets 6

When you begin the course, you are a Modest User having partial command of the language, coping with overall meaning in most situations. Though you may handle basics, you are likely to make many mistakes. When you complete the course, you become a Competent User with effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies, inappropriacies and misunderstandings. You would use and understand fairly complex language, particularly in familiar situations

 

IELTS Modesty: Starts at 3, Targets 5

When you join us, you are Limited User exhibiting basic competence, limited to familiar situations. You have frequent problems in understanding and expression, and you are not able to use complex language. By the end of the course, you become a Modest User displaying partial command of the language, coping with overall meaning in most situations, though you can handle basic communication in own field, you are likely to make many mistakes, typical of Band 5.

 

IELTS Limited: Starts at 2, Targets 4

In the beginning of the course, you are an Extremely Limited User who conveys and understands only general meaning in very familiar situations though frequent breakdowns in communication do occur. At the end, you become a Limited User exhibiting basic competence, limited to familiar situations. You have frequent problems in understanding and expression, and you are not able to use complex language which is characteristic of Band 4.

 

PreIELTS: Starts at 1, Targets 3

Essentially, you may have no ability to use the language beyond possibly a few isolated words. Or, initially you are an Intermittent User with whom no real communication is possible except for the most basic information using isolated words or short formulae in familiar situations and to meet immediate needs. You are showing great difficulty understanding spoken and written English. By the time you finish the course, you however, become an Extremely Limited User who conveys and understands only general meaning in very familiar situations though frequent breakdowns in communication do occur.
