A written request (WhatsApp message, email, or application) mentioning the reason and duration of the break is compulsory. Breaks without prior intimation will be treated as unauthorised absence. 2️⃣ Maximum Duration of Break A student may take a break of up to 7 days without affecting batch continuity (subject to approval). Any break exceeding 7 days will require special permission from the management. 3️⃣ Fee & Validity Policy Course fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable for the break period. The course validity continues during the break unless otherwise approved in writing.
